  1. Introduction

  The lighting system is closely related to people's lives, but most of the lighting systems today use various ordinary switches to turn lamps on and off, and the light brightness is also adjusted through ordinary dimmer switches. Each time you operate the lighting system, you must go to the switch to complete it, and a switch can generally only correspond to one lamp, resulting in the need to install many switches. Therefore, it is very necessary to produce a wireless remote control transmitter and receiver that integrates dimming and switching. This will allow people to freely switch and dim the lighting system anywhere. Based on this idea, the author's research institute and Master Switch Company jointly designed a new type of wireless remote control intelligent lighting system. The following is a detailed introduction to the research and design process of several important components of this system.

  2. Research and design of wireless remote control transmitter

  In recent years, a variety of integrated chips for wireless remote control transmitters have been produced, such as the NB2262 produced by Ningbo Yongjing Company. However, remote controls constructed using this type of chip have many disadvantages, such as the fixed number of address codes, which easily results in repeated transmission signals, and it is difficult to transmit continuous signals using this chip. Due to the above disadvantages, general transmitter chips are not suitable for remote controls of intelligent lighting systems. Therefore, the EM78P153 single-chip microcomputer of Elan Corporation is directly used to construct the remote control of the intelligent lighting system, and its schematic diagram is shown in Figure 1.
