This article introduces the main features and advantages of BGA7127, functional block diagram, 920 MHz to 960 MHz, 1930 MHz to 1990 MHz, 2110 MHz to 2170 MHz and 2405 MHz to 2485 MHz application circuits and corresponding bill of materials. NXP's BGA7127 is a 400-2700MHz 0.5W high linearity silicon amplifier with an output power of 28dBm at 1dB compression point, a small signal gain of 12dB at 2GHz, and single power supply 5V operation. It is mainly used in broadband CPE/MoCA, industry, WLAN/ISM/RFID, electronic instruments, wireless infrastructure equipment such as base stations, satellite antenna TV (SMATV).
