May 30, 2023, China - STMicroelectronics (NYSE: STM) annual shareholders meeting was held on May 24 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. In accordance with the resolution of the general meeting, Mr. Nicolas Dufourcq was appointed as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Mr. Maurizio Tamagnini as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board for a term of three years, which will expire at the end of the 2026 General Meeting of Shareholders.
