According to reports, the fire has been controlled and the burning area is about 300 square meters, including PP material machines, CPVC pipes, etc. that were ignited. After firefighters rescued and entered the fire scene to investigate, it was determined that there were no dangerous items. The detailed cause of the fire needs further investigation. .


In this regard, TSMC stated that thick smoke appeared at the construction site of TSMC's Advanced Packaging and Testing Factory No. 6 on the evening of the 25th. Fire trucks arrived at the scene as soon as possible to deal with it, and the smoke was removed at approximately 21:10 p.m. No one was injured or trapped on site. Firefighters and the construction site safety team have launched an investigation into the accident. It is understood that the TSMC Packaging and Testing Factory 6, located between Kezhuan 7th Road and Kezhuan 2nd Road in Dapu Special District, Zhunan Town, has completed the main structure since it started construction last year and is currently installing internal equipment.
