Vehicle features:
1) Cars are always moving, which places high demands on the stability and reliability of electronic products.
2) The car's power supply is powered by a battery. When the car starts, brakes, or stops, it will generate very high pulse voltages. If the power supply system is not good, the display screen will be burned out .
3) In the north, cars are usually placed outdoors. The temperature may reach -40°C in winter and 60°C in summer, which requires the power supply and display components to work in a wide temperature range.
4) Cars are prone to static electricity during operation, especially in autumn when the high voltage of static electricity can reach thousands of volts. If there are no good anti-static measures, it is easy to damage ICs and LED lights .
5) Appropriate brightness . If the LED display is not bright enough, it cannot be seen during the day, which makes the installation of the display meaningless; if it is too bright, it will affect driving.
6) LED attenuation characteristics: LED brightness is attenuated, with a decay rate of 10-70% in a year. The brightness of poor quality LEDs will be reduced by half in half a year, making it impossible to see the displayed content clearly.
7) Other factors include appearance and dimensions.
