This is a sine wave inverter power module with complete protection functions. It adopts a two-stage power conversion architecture of DC/AC/power frequency transformer. The full-bridge DC/AC circuit converts 24V (12V and 48V are also available) DC voltage into AC (24*DC voltage utilization rate/1.414)V AC, and then the power frequency transformer converts the inverted AC into AC220V 50Hz standard AC. The DC/AC part of the module is controlled by the HT1112 chip, and the module adopts the input and output isolation solution.

Note: The board is 230mm long and 120mm wide. Each switch part of the full bridge is composed of four switch tubes in parallel, a total of 16 MOS tubes.

Note: This board can also be used for input voltage DC12V, DC48V, and the input rated current is 50A.
This is only tested at 24V.

3. a) Output rated current: 4.55A
b) Output voltage: AC220V
c) Output frequency: 50Hz (can be adjusted according to user requirements)
The data measured under the frequency transformer are as follows:
The no-load THD is 1.2%, and the current THD is 2.4% when fully loaded.
The 1KW power is only for verifying the chip. If the power is higher than 1KW or higher, the efficiency will be higher. And the efficiency is closely related to the performance of the transformer.
