Pickering's Greater China sales agent Guangzhou Hongke Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. will be held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center from August 9 to 11, 2023. Experts from Pickering Instruments (Beijing) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pickering Group and a switch expert in the field of automatic testing, look forward to your visit, communication and guidance at booth 3002 of the 2023 Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center.
Testing Expo China – Automotive is the world's leading international expo with over 300 exhibitors showcasing the latest products and services covering all aspects of automotive testing, development and validation technologies. Held annually in Shanghai, with annual sister shows in Detroit and Stuttgart, the show is the leading event for a wide range of technologies and services for vehicle, component and system development, covering ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and autonomous vehicle testing, electric and hybrid powertrain testing, battery and range testing, EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) and NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness) testing and analysis, as well as all other testing and validation technologies.
Our main exhibits at this exhibition include: a flexible battery management system (BMS) test system created by combining Pickering battery simulator modules with other switch and simulation modules, and a series of switches, simulations, software and technical services, including: resolver simulation solution 41-670 series, fault injection switch 40-190B series, strain bridge simulation solution 40-265 series, temperature simulation solution 42-297 series, automotive battery pack simulation solution 41-752A series and 4-slot LXI/USB modular chassis 60-105, etc.
With the increasing popularity of electric energy in the field of new energy vehicles, one of the major challenges that needs to be addressed is the effective testing and verification of battery management systems (BMS). A battery management system (BMS) test system using modular, PXI-based switch and simulation modules provides many advantages when testing BMS, including: (1) it is a fully flexible test system that can be optimized to precisely meet requirements and can be easily modified to meet evolving needs, (2) it is an open architecture based on industry standards that extends system life and reduces obsolescence while providing seamless integration of multi-vendor instrumentation and communication modules. To facilitate BMS testing, our PXI/PXIe battery simulator has the advantages of a modular and scalable platform, which is ideal for battery pack simulation.
