Four series of power electronic loads are fully launched, ITECH continues to release energy-saving feedback products IT-M3900 series
ITECH officially launched the IT-M3900 series of products on December 10, which includes four series of products: IT-M3900D high-power programmable DC power supply, IT-M3900C bidirectional programmable power supply, IT-M3900B regenerative source load system and IT-M3800 regenerative DC electronic load. It is suitable for multiple testing fields such as 5G communication, photovoltaic energy storage, automotive electronics and new energy industries, semiconductors, and batteries.
The new product released this time continues the compact structure design of the M series, redefines "high power density" , and can reach 6kW in a 1U frame and 12kW in a 2U frame, further reducing the space occupied by test equipment and the time to put it on the cabinet, making ITECH's entire high power density product line more complete and comprehensive. In such a limited frame, the voltage of IT-M3900 covers from 10V to 1500V, and the output current of a single machine can reach 1020A. With the Auto Range design, it provides users with more voltage and current combinations, and one test device can be used for multiple test devices, making it more flexible to use, covering a wide range of user application needs, while greatly reducing the complexity and space occupied by system construction.
Under the current international situation, "energy saving and consumption reduction" is an issue that every company with a global strategic vision must consider. Among the three series of IT-M3900 products launched by ITECH this time, all have efficient, energy-saving and environmentally friendly energy recovery functions, which can feed back electric energy to the grid without pollution. All feedback processes are automatic and safe, equipped with an automatic grid detection system, which detects phase voltage and frequency in real time for grid synchronization. The feedback efficiency of IT-M3900 is nearly 95%. A 6kW device can save nearly 50,000 yuan in electricity bills in a year. In addition, it can save the cost of HVAC and refrigeration facilities, reduce noise, and help reduce carbon emissions and protect the environment.
IT-M3900 has built-in multiple standard automotive test waveforms, especially LV123, LV148 and other standards for testing new energy vehicles. It has a built-in maximum power point tracking (MPPT) mechanism, providing solar photovoltaic curve simulation function for maximum power point tracking testing of photovoltaic arrays/modules/batteries. At the same time, due to its bidirectional design and variable output impedance, the IT-M3900 series products also support users to set various battery parameters through the panel to quickly define the battery model to simulate the charging and discharging characteristics of the battery. In addition, IT-M3900 also provides 4 professional test software to comprehensively solve various problems encountered by customers in green energy testing and improve the competitiveness of products.
The IT-M3900 family of products covers 1.2Kw~12kW bidirectional power supplies, regenerative loads, DC power supplies and source load systems, filling the gap in testing within this power range, allowing companies to more confidently implement high-current, high-energy-saving and high-efficiency testing solutions.
