According to the exhibition staff, its self-controllable type-c connector achieves high precision and high density, and can be used in special environments such as high temperature, low temperature, high pressure and other different environments, and can be customized into different forms according to customer requirements. In addition, the latest rectangular high-speed high-density series not only supports 5G networks, but also has ultra-high bandwidth and lower latency signals, which can be widely used in data centers, communication base stations and other fields.
Along with the above new products, there are also series of products such as circular push-pull self-locking connectors, rectangular wire-to-board, and rectangular slots. It is reported that many of these products have obtained national patents and passed multiple authoritative certifications such as China ISO9001:2015 international standard quality system certification and GJB9001C-2017 national military standard quality management system. It can be said that Risheng Wanxin has achieved phased results.
Electronic connectors are one of the essential basic components for the electrical connection of the entire circuit system. More than a decade ago, high-precision electronic connectors were still in an almost blank industry in China, and basically relied on imports. In recent years, with the rise of domestic communications, industry, automobile and other industries, electronic manufacturing capacity has continued to shift to Asia, and China has become the world's largest connector market.
Some domestic connector manufacturers, such as Risheng Wanxin, have taken the lead in layout and continued to deepen their efforts, forming competitiveness in R&D, quality, cost and supply capabilities. At present, under the situation of foreign countries' high-tech blockade of China, Zhang Fangfang, technical director of Risheng Wanxin, proposed that domestic connector manufacturers need to strengthen independent research and development, continuously invest in the development of high-end connectors such as high-speed and high-reliability, expand diversification, and improve the breadth and depth of products to enhance competitiveness.
Under the national policy of military-civilian integration, Risheng Wanxin strengthens cooperation with universities and scientific research institutes, namely the integration of industry, academia and research, and continuously upgrades and innovates to improve product quality to meet the needs of different application fields. On the other hand, in the past, many industry standards and specifications for connectors were formulated by foreign companies or foreign associations. Risheng Wanxin believes that with the continuous development of the industry and the large investment in research and development, the core technology of products should be gradually mastered by domestic companies. Therefore, China will accelerate the combination of local companies, formulate connector industry standards and specifications that adapt to domestic development and needs, and strive to evolve into international standards.
