Refresh rate: Category 5e twisted pair shielded wire is used between the processor and the screen, and a high-performance control IC is configured. The high refresh rate of the screen can be designed to be ≧1000HZ to ensure that there are no water ripples and flickering when the video is played. The full digital loss is low and anti-electromagnetic interference. Power supply and signal transmission method: Because of the importance of the full-color LED display, the power supply and signal transmission must be specially processed technically, and high-quality military-grade connectors are used. Further control the faults caused by various pulling forces at the connector.
3. Control method: We select a self-designed control system and conduct 240-hour non-stop power-on aging screening to select a highly reliable control system. All application software uses Windows as the operating platform and has a user-friendly interface. The playback software has rich clock functions, which can display the current date and time. The display clock synchronized with the computer time can be an analog clock or a digital clock. The software uses advanced thread technology, and can play text, animation, clock, photo, audio, etc. in multiple threads when playing the software.
8. Perfect system function design (prepared for screen application): This system can meet the requirements of gatherings, performances, TV broadcasts and advertising broadcasts. The LED display screen system of this project has multimedia, multi-channel, and can transmit high-speed communication data and video interfaces in real time. It can easily introduce various forms of information sources into the computer network system and realize unified control of various audio and video inputs. The detailed functions are as follows:

The video playback function can display true color dynamic video images; it can broadcast closed-circuit television and satellite TV programs with high fidelity; it has a variety of video signal input and output interfaces: composite video, Y/C video (S_Video), YpbPr, VGA (RGBHV), DVI, HDMI, SDI (HDSDI); it can play video programs such as VCRs and video disc players (VCD, DVD, LD) with high fidelity; it has the function of superimposing text, animation and static pictures on the video screen; it can realize real-time editing and playback functions such as panorama, close-up, slow motion and special effects through editing equipment. Brightness, contrast, saturation and chroma can be adjusted by software, and the adjustment range is 256 levels; it has image freezing function; it has three display modes: video superposition (VGA+Video), image (Video), and VGA; it has horizontal/vertical position compensation function; it has display synchronization function.

Computer graphic information playback function can display various computer information, text, graphics, pictures and two-dimensional and three-dimensional animations, etc.; it has rich playback methods, displaying scrolling information, notifications, slogans, etc., and has a large storage capacity for data information. The display screen can open multiple windows to display calendars, clocks, and insert single-line flowing text. There are a variety of Chinese fonts and fonts to choose from, and you can also input many foreign languages such as English, Spanish, French, German, Greek, Japanese, Latin and Russian. The broadcast system has multimedia software, which can flexibly input and broadcast a variety of information. There are more than 20 broadcast methods, including left and right scrolling, up and down scrolling, left and right push, up and down push, diagonal push, diffusion, fan-shaped, rotation, zoom, etc. It can display network data information through network connection. It is equipped with a network interface, which can be connected to the computer to share network resources, and has a standard audio signal output interface to achieve audio and video synchronization.
