Nowadays, in the market, no matter which lighting merchant's store, no matter how big the brand is, as long as there is a use or production of this transparent shell light source, this phenomenon can be found very intuitively!
So how is this kind of bubble shell haze formed? Through many investigations and studies, we found that the main reasons for the formation of bubble shell haze are the following three:
1. Although the elites in the lighting industry have continuously made many great innovations based on incandescent lamps, we have always overlooked an important component of the bulb - the bubble shell! Since the era of incandescent lamps, the bubble shell has been made of soda-lime glass (that is, what we usually call glass, lime glass) as the bubble shell. In the current LED era, we still use this material to make it, or use PC material to make it. It's like, on a highway with a designed speed of 120 kilometers per hour, we don't drive a car, but drive a donkey cart or a tractor! When this kind of material is slightly heated, it will produce thermal expansion, the density between molecules will increase, and it is very easy to absorb various fine impurities. Over time, bubble shell haze will be formed! This is a mismatch of the light source itself!
2. In the production process of LED light sources , various heat-sensitive volatile materials such as solder, flux, aluminum substrate, glue, resin, etc. must be used. After being heated, this type of material will form a large number of very fine solid impurities, which will be adsorbed on the inner wall of the glass, forming bubble shell haze.
Lights should not only have the functionality of lighting, but also the decorative function of beautifying the environment! Details determine quality. When consumers see such products, they have already positioned them as low-end products in their hearts. How to make ordinary consumers feel the brand sense and value for money of the products in their first intuitive feeling, it is necessary to keep the bubble shell with a beautiful and youthful face forever. This has become an important mission for some responsible and mission-oriented companies.
It is the common wish of consumers to be able to buy good and cheap things. If companies can solve this problem in technology and products, it will surely make customers experience more warm and comfortable, improve product value, promote customer transaction rate, improve brand awareness and reputation, and vigorously promote LED lighting companies to quickly occupy the market and generate greater benefits.
