Its output can be connected in parallel to form a current of up to 16A. Its package contains a switch controller, power FET, inductor and supporting components. Its operating voltage is 4V~14V or 2.375V~14V, and with an external bias power supply, the LTM4644 supports an output voltage of 0.6V~5.5V (set by a single external resistor). Its high-efficiency design can provide 4A continuous (5A peak) output current per channel, requiring only large-capacity input and output capacitors.
Fault protection features include overvoltage, overcurrent and overtemperature protection. The LTM4644 is available in a 9mm × 15mm × 5.01mm BGA package that complies with RoHS standards.

Demo Board DC1900A
Demonstration circuit 1900A uses the LTMR4644EY μModuleR regulator, a high performance, high efficiency quad output step-down regulator. The LTM4644EY has an operating input voltage range of 4V to 14V and can provide up to 4A of output current per pole.
Each output voltage is programmable from 0.6V to 5.5V. The LTM4644EY is a DC/DC load regulator in a 9mm × 15mm × 5.01mm BGA package that requires only a small number of input and output capacitors. Output voltage tracking is available through the TRACK/SS pin for power rail sequencing. External clock synchronization is also available through the CLKIN pin. The LTM4644 data sheet (in conjunction with the demo manual) must be read before adopting or modifying the demonstration circuit 1900A.
