1. Power on precautions:
Boot steps:
(A) First, power the load with AC bypass;
(B) After confirming that there is no output line short circuit and no overload, start the machine without load;
(C) Disconnect the mains power supply based on the normal operation in the second step to check whether the battery inverter is normal;
(D) After reconnecting the mains, add load and run the inverter to check whether the mains/inverter operation is normal under load;
(E) Close the AC power switch in the distribution box once every 3 minutes, and do this more than 5 times in total to test whether the machine is normal (Note: It is strictly forbidden to use the AC power switch on the machine for this test).
2) Startup safety: When the machine is turned on for the first time, the operating finger should not leave the switch immediately after pressing the power switch, but focus on the startup of the machine. If there is any abnormal sound, unpleasant smell such as burning, or smoke, the machine should be turned off immediately. Note: The door panel should be closed or shut when starting the machine to prevent accidental explosion of electrolytic capacitors and other components and injuries!
3) Necessary guidance: The installation and commissioning of medium and large machines must be supervised by professionals on site, or the installation/commissioning must be completed through the online guidance of the manufacturer's professional technicians via telephone.
4) Daily on/off principle: The daily on/off principle of this machine should be followed: start the machine with no load first and then gradually increase the load. The daily off/on principle should be followed: first gradually turn off the load and then turn off the machine. Frequent on/off will increase the failure rate of this machine, so you only need to turn off/on the load when you go home/work every day!
2. Notes on use:
(1) Matching relationship: UPS high-frequency machines are only suitable for commercial occasions. Industrial UPS power supplies must be equipped with industrial frequency machines! When EPS is used for lighting, the power factor of various specific lamps must be referred to: fluorescent lamps are 0.6-0.8, incandescent lamps and halogen lamps are 1 (for example, a 1KW lighting EPS can only be equipped with a maximum of 800W electronic fluorescent lamps, 600W inductive fluorescent lamps, or 1000W incandescent lamps). The best load rate for long-term operation of UPS/EPS machines is below 70%, which is good for both the machine and the load!
(2) Note on dismantling and moving the machine: Users are not allowed to increase the load or dismantle the machine at will during operation!
(3) Battery maintenance: For users in areas where the mains power is not cut off for a long time, the battery should be discharged once every two months to maintain the battery life and test the inverter function of the machine! Note: New and old batteries in the same group cannot be mixed! Batteries with different capacities/models cannot be mixed! Old batteries with a capacity lower than 60% of the rated capacity cannot be used in this machine and should be replaced in time! Otherwise, the possibility of damage to the machine will increase! However, the replaced old batteries can still be used for daily civilian use!
