1. Installation location and number of display screens
1. Except for special circumstances, more than 95% of the audience in formal fixed seats in the venue should meet the maximum viewing distance requirements.
2. Athletes, coaches and referees at the competition site (except for on-site scoring referees in diving competitions) can easily and clearly see the content displayed on the screen.
2. Reliability
The reliability of sports venue display screens should meet the requirements of 5.10 in SJ/T11141-2003.
3. Safety
1. The safety requirements for stadium display screens should comply with the requirements of 5.4 in SJ/T11141-2003.
2. The display screen in the stadium should be powered separately and should meet the requirements of 5.8 in SJ/T11141-2003. The construction acceptance of the cable line of the stadium display screen must meet the requirements of GB50168 and GB50171. The project quality should meet the requirements of GB50303.
3. Devices containing polymer materials in stadium display screens (including: LED module housing, LED module filling glue, PCB board,
Power cord sheath, etc.) must be made of flame retardant material.
4. The display screen in the stadium should have smoke detection, lightning protection, automatic fire alarm and automatic screen shutdown functions, and the distribution cabinet should have overload protection, leakage protection and step-by-step power-on functions.
4. Maximum viewing distance and character height
1. The calculation formula for the maximum viewing distance and character height (see formula (1)) is:

2. For swimming pools and diving halls with independent building structures, each character on the display screen should be at least 0.2m higher; for swimming pools and diving halls with integrated building structures, each character on the display screen should be at least 0.28m higher.
5. Optical performance
1. Perspective
The horizontal viewing angle of the stadium display screen shall not be less than 1500, the vertical viewing angle shall not be less than 100, and the downward viewing angle shall not be less than 200.
2. The brightness should comply with the requirements of Table 1 and be adjustable.

3. Contrast
When the background illumination is less than 20lx, the contrast of the display should be able to reach 100e1.
4. White field chromaticity coordinates
The white field chromaticity coordinates can be adjusted within the color temperature range of 5000K-9500K according to the use environment. According to the CIE1931 colorimetric system, the tolerance is

5. Brightness uniformity
The non-uniformity of the display screen in the stadium should be less than 10%.
6. Display Control
1. Can display the rolling timing of the game in real time.
2. The game results can be displayed in a scrolling manner.
3. You can turn pages to display the competition results.
4. The displayed text content can be switched automatically or manually.
5. For display screens with graphic, text and video display functions, text and pictures, animations, and live broadcast images should be able to switch automatically or manually.
7. Interface
1. Network interface
It should have an IEEE802.3 Ethernet network interface.
2. Data interface
It should be able to be equipped with a variety of data interfaces, including a standard RS-232 serial interface, and be able to communicate with the computer at the competition site.
The time-keeping system is connected to receive data.
3. Video interface
Display screens with graphic and video display functions should have video interfaces that can receive video signals of various formats.
8. Electrical properties
1. Frame frequency
The frame changing frequency of the LED video display screen should be no less than 60 frames/S.
2. Refresh rate
The refresh rate of graphic display screens used in sports venues should be no less than 60Hz; the refresh rate of full-color video display screens should be no less than 240Hz.
3. Pixel out-of-control rate
The out-of-control rate of the gymnasium display screen should not be greater than 3/10,000, and the out-of-control rate of the stadium display screen should not be greater than 2/1,000, and they should be discretely distributed.
4. Grayscale
The display screen used to display video images should have a grayscale processing capability of 256 levels (8-bit) for each primary color.
5. Video display resolution
To ensure the video display effect of the display screen, the minimum resolution of the display screen to display the video screen is 320 (W) X240 (H)
9. Flat screen display characters
1. Comprehensive Sports Center
a. The display screen used in comprehensive gymnasiums for scoring events (gymnastics, martial arts routines, figure skating, etc.) should be able to display at least 12 lines of 16-dot Chinese characters, with a line spacing of no less than 1/10 of the character, and at least 27 Chinese characters per line.
b. The display screen used in a comprehensive gymnasium mainly used for ball games should be able to display at least 8 lines of 16-dot Chinese characters, with a line spacing of no less than 1/10 of the character, and each line should be able to display at least 16 Chinese characters.
2. Track and field
a. The display screen can display at least 13 lines of 16-dot Chinese characters, with a line spacing of no less than 1/10 of the character, and each line can display at least 26 Chinese characters.
b. Each character has a flashing function.
3. Swimming pool
a. The display screen can display at least 13 lines of 16-dot Chinese characters, with a line spacing of no less than 1/10 of the character, and each line can display at least 25 Chinese characters.

4. Diving Hall
The display screen can display at least 12 lines of 16-dot Chinese characters, with a line spacing of no less than 1/10 of the character, and each line can display at least 13 Chinese characters.

6. The display characters of display screens with other installation structures can be agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer in accordance with the contract based on their functions and actual usage.
10. Appearance and structure
1. The appearance of the stadium display screen should meet the requirements of 5.3.2 in SJ/T11141-2003.
2. The protection level of the stadium display screen casing should comply with the requirements of 5.3.3 in SJ/T11141-2003.
3. The relative deviation of the pixel center distance of the stadium display screen should meet the requirements of 5.3.4 in SJ/T11141-2003.
4. The flatness of the stadium display screen should meet the requirements of 5.3.5 in SJ/T11141-2003.
11. Anti-corrosion
Anti-corrosion measures should be taken for display screens used in sports venues in corrosive environments.
12. Electromagnetic compatibility
In sports venues with a variety of electronic equipment, electromagnetic compatibility is an important parameter that affects whether the equipment can work properly. The electromagnetic emission of the display screen should meet the requirements of EN55103-1, and the immunity should meet the requirements of EN55103-2.
13. Environmental adaptability
The environmental adaptability of stadium display screens should meet the requirements of 5.9 in SJ/T11141-2003.
