The static current should be small, which can save more power;
The input voltage should be low to make full use of the battery potential;
The noise should be low and not interfere with the overall circuit of the mobile phone;
The functional integration should be high, improving the efficiency of unit area and making the mobile phone design more compact;
Sufficient output adjustment capability, the charge pump will not get hot due to working at full load;
Small package size is a common requirement for handheld products;
Low installation cost , including small PCB area occupied by peripheral circuits and few and simple wiring;
· With shutdown control terminal, the charge pump can be shut down in long-term standby state, making the power supply current consumption almost zero.
