Lighting remote wireless control system
With the development requirements of Chinese cities for environmental construction, urban lighting engineering technology has gradually improved and has reached the international advanced level. Modern city lights must reflect the modern night scene through its unique intelligent lighting control method. When people walk into the colorful city from their own lives, they will find that in addition to the magnificent scenery and comfortable and cozy places, what makes people release their passion is the magnificent lights. This is the essence of urban landscape lighting that people expect.
1. System Structure
In modern urban landscape lighting control and management systems, it is required that while achieving the desired effect, more attention be paid to the convenience and location of centralized management operations, as well as the convenience and reliability of equipment installation. For large control areas in cities, it is very difficult to achieve intelligent lighting control using wired methods. First of all, large-scale pipe wiring in the renovation project brings great trouble to the construction. The prosperous commercial areas and busy traffic arteries in the area make the construction even more inconvenient. In addition, the distribution boxes are installed at many scattered points, and it is not suitable to use wired methods for connection and control. At the same time, based on the principle of cost saving, the use of wireless methods to achieve intelligent control of road lights in the entire area is the most optimized and reasonable way.
The characteristics of this system are precise control, easy operation, short construction period, small impact area, convenient maintenance, strong scalability, multiple control schemes, and energy saving.
This system adopts a fully modular design, has a standard data interface, good compatibility, complete system functions, and convenient maintenance and management. Its structure is mainly composed of a remote lighting controller and remote lighting control management software. It performs remote transmission control based on the CDMA/GPRS wireless public network. The on/off control of urban street lights and landscape lights and the corresponding landscape light performances can be remotely or automatically controlled.
The system also has automatic alarm and monitoring functions. Managers can promptly understand the location and status of all landscape lights within the monitoring range in the office, providing a strong guarantee for timely repairs and a solid and reliable technical guarantee for the normal operation of the system.
The system structure is divided into two parts: the measurement and control end and the control center.
1. Measurement and control end: The city lighting intelligent controller is mainly installed next to the distribution box of the landscape lamp. It is used to uniformly manage and control the lighting equipment in the area, and transmit various data to the control center through CDMA/GPRS wireless communication.
2. Monitoring center: The central host is installed with remote lighting control management software, which collects various data from various on-site sites in a timely manner, and analyzes and processes them to ensure the coordination and unification of the management of the entire landscape lighting. At the same time, it can issue control instructions to each control site in a timely manner for remote management and control.
2. System Function Introduction
The lighting intelligent controller has the following functions:
1) Group control: Landscape lights with different geographical locations and requirements can be divided into several groups, and different timing control schemes can be used for different groups.
2) Timing control: You can set the switch time of the year and the fixed switch time of the week, or automatically adjust the switch time of each circuit according to the sunrise and sunset time.
3) Point-by-point control: The lighting effect program is arranged according to the artistic effect of the LED landscape lights, and multiple controllers are used to accurately calibrate the time and control the points. The lighting effects that come one after another make all the landscape lights in the whole street integrated into one, which not only highlights the artistic effect but also saves energy.
4) Remote mobile phone control: According to temporary control needs or functional manual inspection needs, each circuit or the entire system can be remotely controlled by logging in via a PDA mobile phone or sending text messages via GSM.
5) Mobile phone alarm function: Through system settings, relevant fault, warning and alarm information can be sent to the mobile phone of the relevant responsible person via text message.
6) Electricity metering and collection function: The meter data can be transmitted remotely to the control center to collect statistics on the electricity consumption of each distribution box.
7) Operation status collection function: It mainly monitors the current and voltage status of each circuit and the main power supply in real time. The monitoring software in the main control room analyzes the data collected from all circuits, makes judgments on the operation status of each circuit, and issues early warnings and alarms for abnormal status changes (i.e. fault status).
8) Leakage current detection function: Since most lighting systems are built on the exterior walls of residential apartments, it is particularly important to take safety precautions against leakage alarms. The unique real-time leakage monitoring and alarm functions of the lighting intelligent controller will provide the greatest guarantee for the safe operation of the system and the maintenance of citizen safety.
9) Heartbeat function: The lighting intelligent controller has a unique heartbeat technology with completely independent intellectual property rights. The terminal controller automatically sends the controller's operating voltage, power supply voltage, inspection results of each circuit status and other data to the control center at a certain interval, so that the control center personnel can know the operation of each control terminal, circuit, switch power supply and other systems.
10) Redundancy function: Since this system relies on CDMA/GPRS wireless network and the Internet, the stability of the network will play an important role in the stable operation of the remote control of this system. To be on the safe side, this system has the function of automatic operation away from the network. When the network fails, it automatically switches to automatic control and the system operates independently in a single control mode.
11) Easy maintenance: As the system is equipped with heartbeat technology, routine maintenance such as fault alarm and operation monitoring does not require patrols to find faults as before. This not only reduces the loss of patrol personnel and vehicles, and reduces maintenance costs; but also the exact location and basic status of the fault are known before the maintenance personnel set out, thus shortening the maintenance time and improving the maintenance efficiency, thereby saving maintenance costs.
