Technical content of multi-beam laser hot-rolled strip shape measuring instrument

As shown in Figure 1, the instrument uses 7×3, a total of 21 semiconductor laser beams to obliquely irradiate the surface of the strip. The CCD camera sends the position signal of the diffuse reflection light spot array to the computer for image processing, thereby measuring the flatness of the strip.

Main technical indicators:

● Strip running speed: ≤10 m/s;

● Measured strip temperature: ≤950'C;

● Height measurement range: 0～200 mm:

● Height measurement accuracy: ±1 mm;

● Height measurement cycle: 10 times/second;

● On-site protection requirements: dustproof, water vapor proof, and heat radiation proof.
