The XC9509 series consists of a step-down DC/DC converter and a high-speed LDO voltage regulator connected in parallel with the output of the DC/DC converter. A voltage detector is also built in. Since the input of the voltage regulator is from the power supply, it can be used in a variety of applications.

The DC/DC converter has a built-in P-channel driver transistor and a synchronous rectifier N-channel switch transistor. Using an inductor, a diode and two capacitors externally, the XC9509 can output 600mA current with an efficiency of over 90%. The XC9509 can use small ceramic capacitors.

There are three switching frequency models to choose from: 300kHz, 600kHz and 1.2MHz.

The output voltage of DC/DC and VR is set in the range of 0.9V to 4.0V (±2.0%) in 0.1V intervals. The voltage detection range of VD is 0.9V to 5.0V (±2.0%).

The soft start time of this series is set to 5 milliseconds. Built-in UVLO (undervoltage lockout) function, when the input voltage is lower than 1.4V, the internal P-channel drive transistor will be turned off.

The MODE terminal and DISABLE function can be controlled by external signals to switch the control mode of the DC/DC or shut down the output of the DC/DC or voltage regulator.

Three-channel white LED driver using a simple step-down dc/dc converter
With just a few additional components, you can use a high-efficiency step-down DC/DC converter to create a constant-current multi-channel LED driver. Driving a single-channel LED is relatively simple, but driving multiple channels of parallel LEDs becomes more complicated. In a typical dc/dc converter application,

How is ADC done within an MCU?
What are the advantages of STM32? Apart from the publicity, a careful analysis shows that the STM32 clock is not fast, 72MHZ, and it cannot expand large-capacity RAM FLASH, nor does it have a powerful instruction set like DSP. What are its advantages? ---It’s about quickly collecting data and quickly processing it.

ADC: Analog-to-digital conversion, converts analog voltage into digital. ATmega16 has a 10-bit ADC converter with 8 external analog inputs, which are multiplexed with PORTA. After the AD conversion function is enabled, it cannot be used as an I/O port. The input analog voltage range is between AGND and AVcc. For examp
