LED display screens are currently a lucrative market. In addition to large sports stadiums, they are also widely used in highway toll booths, highway signs, airport flight information displays, docks, ports, railway stations, tunnels, game consoles, outdoor billboards in city squares, government buildings and parking lots, etc., to display some dynamic information in real time.
For a long time, due to reasons such as manufacturing process, the characteristics of LEDs have been very different. When display modules made of these LEDs are integrated into LED display screens, if these differences are not adequately compensated, the differences in brightness and color of the LED electronic display screens will be clearly visible. At the same time, after the LED display screen has been installed and used for a period of time, the brightness and color of the LED will decay over time, but the degree of decay of each LED is different, which will cause the visual quality of the LED display screen to decline. In addition, the replacement of damaged LED modules during the use of the LED screen will cause the new modules to not match the entire screen, which will also reduce the visual quality of the LED display screen.
There are many LED display screens being manufactured. There are hundreds of small and medium-sized LED display screen companies in Shenzhen, and their technology is relatively mature. The structures and principles of the display screens manufactured by various companies are basically similar. How to improve the technical performance of the display screens and reduce costs is the key to competition among various companies. At present, the prices of LED display screens sold on the market are basically the same, but the quality of the display screens produced by different companies is different. The reasons are many, including differences in the quality, brightness, brightness uniformity, packaging and other technologies of LED display modules, differences in data communication transmission methods, differences in anti-interference capabilities, and differences in control circuits. The technology for correcting LED display screens can effectively help companies solve these problems. At present, the number of companies using LED display screen correction technology is gradually increasing. As the industry's demand for high-quality display screens increases, the point-by-point correction technology of LED display screens will be vigorously promoted and will eventually become one of the key technologies to ensure quality.
