What should I do if there are bright lines on the LED display?

When we buy LED display screens, LED outdoor full-color display screens, and LED electronic display screens, it is always inevitable that bright lines will appear during use. So how should we deal with such things? Shenghao Group believes that before repairing by professional LED manufacturers, we should self-check from three aspects:

1. The product quality is not up to standard. When buying, do not be greedy for cheap and poor quality products.

2. The voltage is unstable, causing leakage.

3. Improper operation methods and human errors will affect the display effect.

Now that we know where to start, how should we check it?

First, determine whether the power supply is damaged and whether it can be used normally. Because one power supply controls several unit boards at the same time. You can measure whether the output voltage is between 4.9~5.5v. If it is not within this range, it is likely that the power supply is broken.

Then check whether the control card is working properly. First turn on the power and see if the indicator light of the control card is on. If it is not on, check whether there is 5V voltage supply and whether the LED electronic screen can display content. If it can display content, it means that the function of the control card to display content is good. Then use the control card software to find the control card. If it can be found, it means that the function of the control card to send content is good. If it cannot be found, check whether the communication line is connected well. If it is connected well, it is very likely that there is a problem with the card. As long as these two functions are good, the control card is good, otherwise the control card needs to be replaced.

Finally, check if the unit board is good. The signal of the LED display is transmitted from one board to the input of another board. So if there is a problem with one board, it will affect the following boards. So check the unit boards one by one to see if they are normal.

Even if you can find the problem yourself, when the unit board is damaged, you should contact the supplier in time for repair to ensure the normal use of the LED electronic display.
