High efficiency 70W universal switching power supply module

TOPSwitch-GX is suitable for making low-cost, high-efficiency, small-size, fully sealed switching power supply modules or power adapters. The sealed 70W universal switching power supply module composed of TOP249Y, the circuit is shown in the figure. When the ambient temperature does not exceed 40 degrees, the size of the module can be reduced to 10.5CM*5.6CM*2.5CM. The designed AC input voltage range is 85V~265V, which belongs to the universal power supply range in the world. The power supply also realizes input undervoltage protection, overvoltage protection, external setting of limit current, and reduction of maximum duty cycle. Its main technical indicators are: rated output power PO=70; load adjustment rate SR=plus or minus 4%; power supply efficiency N is greater than or equal to 84% (when the AC input voltage U=85V, the full load efficiency can reach 85%; when U=230V, the power supply efficiency is as high as 90%); no-load power loss at U=230V <0.52W; output ripple voltage is less than or equal to 120MV (peak-to-peak).
