LED light attenuation is the signal attenuation during transmission.
1310 optical fiber generally attenuates by 0.4db/km

There are two main factors for LED light decay:

1. Quality issues of LED products themselves:

1. The chip used is not good and the brightness decays quickly.

2. There are defects in the production process. The chip heat dissipation cannot be well derived from the PIN pin, resulting in excessively high chip temperature and increased chip attenuation.

2. Conditions of use:

1. LED is driven by constant current, and some LEDs are driven by voltage, which causes the LED to attenuate.

2. The driving current is greater than the rated driving condition.

In fact, there are many reasons that lead to LED light decay, the most critical one is the "heat" problem. Here are some of my opinions.

Thermal resistance of the chip itself

The influence of silver glue

Heat dissipation effect of substrate

Including colloids and gold wires, etc. are somewhat affected

The requirements of the power-on pulse on the selection of LED lighting fuses
There are many factors to consider when choosing a fuse for an LED lighting power supply, but one of the most important factors is the power-on pulse caused by the moment the power is turned on. If the fuse is not selected properly, the power-on pulse will break the fuse, causing the light to not light up. 1. Why is

How many LED tubes are suitable for serial connection?
I have also been working on LED tubes for more than half a year. After many tests, taking T8 as an example, I think that the input power of 156 lamps for 0.6M lamps is 9W. The actual load is about 8W. The T10 lamp of the same length has a larger heat dissipation area, so 174 lamp beads are arranged. Calculated
