PT4105 is a fixed frequency voltage mode step-down integrated circuit specifically designed for high-power LED lighting drive applications. The input voltage can reach up to 18V, with a built-in power MOS tube and a maximum output current of 1A. It can drive a single 1W (current 350mA) or 3W (current 700mA) LED, or various high-power LED series/parallel combinations within a wide input voltage range. PT4105 uses PWM control internally, with a feedback voltage of only 200mV, and has high conversion efficiency. It contains undervoltage lockout, overheat protection, current limiting protection and other functions. It is easy to design and has simple peripheral circuits. It is an ideal choice for applications such as multi-cell battery-powered flashlights, automotive auxiliary lighting, home decorative lighting, and mining lamps.

Solutions to the temperature rise problem of white light LEDs
In the past, LED manufacturers have developed large-size LED chips to achieve their desired goals in order to obtain sufficient white light LED beams. However, in reality, when the applied power of white light LEDs exceeds 1W, the beam will decrease, and the luminous efficiency will decrease by 20~30%. In other words,
