1. Lifespan: 100,000 hours
Technical data provided by LED material manufacturers show that the life of LED light sources is 100,000 hours under ideal conditions. Ideal conditions refer to the time it takes for an LED light source to go from emitting light to completely stopping light under constant voltage and constant current conditions in a laboratory. 100,000 hours is equivalent to 11 years.
The amount of water a wooden barrel can hold is determined by the lowest board. The LED display currently uses civilian-grade devices with a service life of no more than 8 years. The function of the display is to watch. When the display is lit and can only be seen clearly at night, it cannot be said that it is qualified and has use value.
A car can be driven for 15 years, but will be scrapped if it is idle for 3 years. The environment and method of use have a great influence on the life of the product.
2. Comply with national standards
The general specification of LED display screen is the ministerial standard issued in 1995. There are still many companies claiming to meet the national standard. After 8 years of technological development, the standard is no longer the standard. For example, the national standard for out-of-control points is 0.3%, taking the φ3.75 indoor dual-primary color display screen as an example. Generally, the display screen with a standard resolution of 640x480 is 7 square meters, with 43264 points per square meter. According to the national standard, there can be 90 out-of-control points. Who would still pay for such a display screen today?
3. The software is completely free
The display industry generally has a common problem among Chinese companies - only production but no R&D. Currently, only a few companies have genuine software. It is now illegal to use pirated software.
4. Low price
Look at the performance-price ratio rather than just the price.
5. Grayscale
Grayscale is an important indicator for dual-primary color and full-color display screens. Currently, the market is flooded with 16-level and 64-level grayscale displays pretending to be 256-level grayscale. Its control cost is only 1/5 of that of 256-level grayscale. The simplest way is to play a VCD with a more intense sports scene to see if it can be seen clearly on the LED display screen.
6. Buy the best
All purchasing power comes from needs, and needs must be met with a certain degree of advancement. Blind pursuit will waste a lot of money to buy functions that you don't need.
