The reasons for communication failure and loading failure are roughly the same, which may be caused by the following reasons. Please compare the listed items with the operation:
1. Make sure the control system hardware is powered on correctly. (+5V)
2. Check and confirm that the serial cable used to connect to the controller is a straight-through cable, not a crossover cable.
3. Check and confirm that the serial port cable is intact and that both ends are not loose or falling off.
4. Refer to
the
LED
screen control software and the control card you choose to select the correct product model, the correct transmission method, the correct serial port number, the correct serial transmission rate, and refer to the DIP switch diagram provided in the software to correctly set the address bits and serial transmission rate on the control system hardware.
5. Check whether the jumper cap is loose or fallen off; if the jumper cap is not loose, make sure the direction of the jumper cap is correct.
6. If the program still cannot be loaded after the above checks and corrections, please use a multimeter to measure whether the serial port of the connected computer or control system hardware is damaged to confirm whether the computer should be returned to the manufacturer or the control system hardware should be returned for inspection.
2. Why do bright lines appear for a few seconds or the screen becomes blurred when the LED screen is just powered on?
After properly connecting the screen controller to the computer, HUB distribution board and screen, you need to provide the controller with +5V power to make it work properly (do not connect it directly to 220V voltage at this time). At the moment of power-on, bright lines or "flower screen" will appear on the screen for a few seconds. These bright lines or "flower screen" are normal test phenomena, reminding users that the screen will start to work normally. Within 2 seconds, the phenomenon will automatically disappear and the screen will enter normal working state.
三、自动或手动亮度调节是什麽意思?
Brightness adjustment refers to the adjustment between the darkest and brightest that the screen can display, not the photosensitivity adjustment. Automatic brightness adjustment is the automatic adjustment of the LED screen control system to a predetermined brightness according to the different brightness that should appear in different time periods. Manual brightness adjustment means that the end user operates the LED screen control system to make the LED screen reach a specified brightness.
4. Reasons why the entire screen of the unit board is not bright or dim
1. Visually check whether the power connection cable, the 26P cable between the unit boards and the power module indicator light are normal.
2. Use a multimeter to measure whether the unit board has normal voltage, and then measure whether the voltage output of the power module is normal. If not, it is judged that the power module is broken.
3. Measure the voltage of the power module and find it is low. Adjust the fine-tuning (fine-tuning near the indicator light of the power module) to make the voltage reach the standard.
五、LED屏幕出现屏幕全黑的原因是什麽?
In the process of using the control system, we occasionally encounter the phenomenon that the LED screen appears completely black. The same phenomenon may be caused by various reasons, and even the process of the screen turning black may vary depending on different operations or different environments. For example, it may be black at the moment of power-on, or it may turn black during the loading process, or it may turn black after sending, etc.:
1. Please make sure that all hardware including the control system has been properly powered on. (+5V, do not connect it in reverse or incorrectly)
2. Check and re-confirm whether the serial port cable used to connect the controller is loose or detached. (If it turns black during the loading process, it is probably caused by this reason, that is, the communication line is loose and interrupted during the communication process, so the screen turns black. Do not think that the screen body does not move and the cable cannot be loose. Please check it yourself. This is very important if you want to solve the problem quickly.)
3. Check and confirm whether the HUB distribution board connected to the LED screen and the main control card is tightly connected and whether it is inserted reversely.
