The kilowatt-class switching power supply made of PM4040F consists of a main circuit diagram and two different circuit diagrams for the output part. You can use the single-voltage part or the dual-voltage part circuit diagram according to your needs to form a complete switching power supply circuit diagram with the main circuit diagram.

Except for the resistors with marked power, all other resistors can be 0.5 watt resistors. Since it is a high-frequency current, the filter electrolytic capacitors in the DC output part are relatively small in order to reduce high-frequency losses.

Transformer winding method: All can be calculated at 8.5V/turn, and the wire current can be calculated at 4.5A/square. The output voltage and current can be wound according to your needs.

Since there are still many experiments being completed, we will publish experimental reports and completed experimental circuit versions one after another. Please pay attention to the updates here.

Regarding the frequency of using IGBT tubes, we recommend that you use IGBT tubes when making high-power switching power supplies. Its advantages are low temperature and large current, but its operating frequency requirements are lower. The general operating frequency is 30KHz to 60KHz, so when using IGBT for high-power AC/DC and DC/DC, you must pay attention to the operating frequency.

ADC learning of CC430 microcontroller
The storm is coming. To use the general functions of CC430, many modules still need to cooperate. Unity is strength. If you want the rain to fall on time, you must go through the cooperation of all aspects. However, the human brain is not a CPU, and the process cannot be carried out in parallel. The human power

STM32 uses DMA to process ADC study notes! !
ADC: 1. The ADC module inside STM32 has three ADC1, ADC2, and ADC3, which are independent of each other, so synchronous sampling can be performed. 2ADC input clock must not exceed 14MHz, it is generated by PCLK2 after frequency division, it must be configured in RCC_CFGR, and then there is no clock division configurat

Design of ADC sampling voltage for STM8SF103 microcontroller
Hardware environment: STM8SF103 TSSOP20 package Because the project needs to use AD to sample the battery voltage, we started using STM8S ADC for sampling, which led to the following. The manual describes the STM8S ADC pins as follows: The STM8SF103 chip is a TSSOP 20-pin package, as follows: The STM8SF103 c

Using an operational amplifier to drive a high-precision ADC
Using an operational amplifier to drive a high-precision ADC Most high-precision analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) do not have high-impedance inputs.
