The TOPSwitch-JX series TOP266EG is a cost-effective device that integrates a 725V power MOSFET , a high-voltage switch current source, a multi-mode PWM control, an oscillator, a thermal shutdown circuit , fault protection, and other control circuits. The no-load power consumption is less than 100 mW at 265 VAC, and the operating frequency is 132 kHz, which reduces the size of the transformer and the volume of the power supply . 27W LCD Monitor Power Supply Design Solution
