Technical Specifications for Cold Region LED Road Lighting Products

1 Scope of Application

This recommended technical specification is mainly aimed at LED road lighting products for "cold region" application environments, and specifies
the technical requirements for cold region LED road lighting products, including product classification, initial luminous flux , initial luminous efficacy and luminous flux maintenance rate and other basic optical performance indicators, electrical and mechanical safety requirements and wireless electrical interference characteristics, test methods and signs.
This recommended technical specification is applicable to LED road lighting products with a rated voltage of 220V and a frequency of 50Hz AC power supply.
This recommended technical specification is not applicable to LED road lighting products powered by DC or solar or wind power.
This recommended technical specification is applicable to cold region LED road lighting products used in 40°~50° north latitude.

LB/T XXX20XX 3.5 Initial Value The photoelectric parameter value measured after the cold-region LED road lighting product has been aged for 1000 hours and is in a stable working state . 3.6 Initial Luminous Flux The initial value of the total luminous flux emitted by the cold-region LED road lighting product, in lumen ( lm). 3.7 Initial Luminous Efficacy The initial value of the luminous efficacy of the cold-region LED road lighting product, in lumen per watt (lm/W). 3.8 Initial Color Rendering Index The initial value of the general color rendering index Ra of the cold-region LED road lighting product. 3.9 Initial Color The initial value of the color of the cold-region LED road lighting product, including the CIE1964 color coordinate (u', v') value and the correlated color temperature value CCT. 3.10 Luminous flux maintenance rate The ratio of the total luminous flux emitted by cold-region LED road lighting products to their initial luminous flux after continuous aging under rated conditions for a period of time, expressed as a percentage. 4 Specifications 4.1 Classification by rated luminous flux 4.2 Classification by color 5 Technical requirements 5.1 General technical requirements 5.1.1 Working environment requirements
