LED application technology is not yet fully mature, but the low-price competition among LED companies has already started. 1. Appearance inspection standards for LED light strips
There is no dirt on the surface of the LED light strip FPC, and there is no flux residue on the LED soldering pad.
The LED light strip surface is free of tin beads.
LED and resistor solder joints are smooth, solder is full, no tin tip, tin package, less tin.

supply The positive and negative polarity of the lead wire is consistent with the LED polarity, and there is no reverse.
The solder joints between FPC segments are smooth, without tin tips, tin packages, short circuits, etc. There are no gaps, warping, displacement, etc. between FPCs.
The solder joints of the connecting terminals are smooth, the solder is full, there are no tin tips, tin bags, or short circuits, the terminal appearance has no burns, scratches, or dirt, and the terminals and FPC fit tightly without warping or displacement.
The surface of the drip glue waterproof LED light strip is dripped evenly, without glue overflow and defect, and the drip glue surface is smooth and transparent. There is no dirt, dust, foreign matter and bubbles.
The silicone sleeve waterproof LED light strip surface silicone sleeve is not dirty, scratched, damaged, deformed or twisted, and the LED light strip inside the sleeve is not twisted, deformed, or arched.
2. Electrical inspection standards
When the single-color LED light strip is powered on, there is no chip that does not light up or is dimly lit.
When the RGB light strip is powered on, each R/G/B group is tested separately, and there is no phenomenon of not lighting, dim lighting or mixed colors.
Each batch of samples is subjected to 8-hour aging test to detect any electrical defects.
After bending, winding, vibration and other destructive tests, no electrical defects were found.
After the high and low temperature extreme temperature resistance test (-20℃~80℃), no electrical defects were detected.
The waterproof series LED light strips are tested for waterproofness according to their protection level to ensure that there is no electrical defect.
