Home security has two meanings: one is life safety, and the other is property theft prevention. Traditional home security is to install passive infrared detectors, which are installed indoors. 1. Basic principles of home security system
The home security system uses the host to connect various detectors wirelessly or wired to realize the anti-theft alarm function. The host is connected to a fixed telephone line. If there is an alarm, the alarm will be dialed according to the mobile phone or phone number set by the customer.
Home security system is an important facility to prevent theft, robbery, fire and other accidents. Once an emergency occurs, the owner can be notified quickly by phone, so that emergency measures can be taken quickly to prevent accidents or disasters from expanding.
Home security systems usually consist of three parts: detectors (also known as alarms), transmission channels, and alarm controllers. Alarm detectors are composed of sensors and signal processing. They are used to detect intruders or smoke. They are devices composed of electronic and mechanical components. They are the key to anti-theft alarm systems, and sensors are the core components of alarm detectors. Using sensors based on different principles, alarm detection devices of different types, different uses, and different detection purposes can be formed.
Common detectors include infrared human body sensors, door and window magnetic sensors, smoke and fire detectors, gas leak detectors, flood protection detectors, etc.
2. Functions that the security system must have
Home doorbell: The system is equipped with a video intercom doorbell. Outsiders who want to pass through the home door must talk to the user. The user can decide whether to open the door only after seeing the person clearly.
Infrared night vision: The camera on the video intercom has night vision function, so you can see the people clearly at night. Monitoring: Residents can monitor outdoor sounds at any time through the microphone on the video intercom doorbell.
Do not disturb: Residents can set the doorbell do not disturb function when needed. When outsiders ring the doorbell, the bell in the room will not ring to avoid disturbing the residents. Residents can watch the outdoor images from the video doorbell and camera anywhere in the home with a display (TV, computer, or even mobile phone display).
Local alarm: When an alarm occurs, the system will automatically activate the local sound and light alarm device to serve as a deterrent.
Emergency help: When an emergency occurs in a resident's home, such as an elderly person who is unwell or a child who is unable to save himself, he can ask for help from the outside world through the emergency button located in the living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, or even on the watch.
Remote alarm: When there is an alarm, the system will send an alarm to the pre-set communication point through the telephone line, such as the resident's mobile phone, pager, office phone, computer, etc.
Fuzzy alarm: When residents are held hostage by criminals and asked to disarm, they can call the police in a way that the criminals cannot detect. Network expansion: It can be easily connected to neighbors or residential areas to achieve joint defense purposes.
Remote monitoring: After the system is connected to a computer, residents can use other computers and phones to view the situation at home from anywhere, such as the activities of children, to determine whether the system is a false alarm, etc.
Self-safety: The system has anti-dismantling, anti-moving, anti-cutting and anti-power-off functions. When the system host and outdoor video intercom are dismantled or moved without authorization, or any system connection is cut, the system will automatically alarm.
Automatic recording: After the system is connected to a home computer, it will automatically take photos of outsiders when an alarm event occurs.
Remote control function: After the intelligent system is connected to other system networks, it can realize smart home control and remotely control the lighting, home appliances and communication equipment in the home through mobile phones or computers.
3. Scope of application of home security system
Home security systems are widely used in home residences to prevent theft, robbery and emergency rescue, fire alarms, wire cutting alarms, gas leak alarms, safe anti-theft alarms and even some enterprises and institutions can use them, such as cargo warehouse anti-theft alarms, factory key areas, restricted areas anti-theft alarms, financial department anti-robbery and anti-theft alarms, government agencies, confidential files anti-theft, stores and shopping malls warehouse anti-theft alarms, residential community commercial and residential building networked anti-theft alarms, and car parking garage anti-theft alarms.
