Recently, Fortive announced the completion of the acquisition of Elektro-Automatik Holding GmbH (EA), strengthening the company's electronic test and measurement business strength in the Precision Technologies business platform.
EA is a company specializing in high-power electronic test solutions for applications including energy storage, mobility, hydrogen and renewable energy. EA's test and measurement products for engineers working in the global energy transition will complement Fordivi's Tektronix subsidiary, further enhancing Tektronix's portfolio of innovative products and services.
Approach EA: Power products with a wide range of applications
EA Elektro-Automatik is a well-known German laboratory power supply manufacturer. In 2022, EA will launch the 10000 series of enhanced and expanded series of programmable DC power products, including more than 180 new models, which can provide a wider range of power. The unique auto-ranging function allows test engineers to test more applications using a wider range of voltages and currents without the need for multiple power stage power supplies.
