ATS-TH-1360 carbon black dispersion detector is mainly used to detect the color and carbon black dispersion in polyolefin pipes, pipe fittings and compounding materials; by measuring the size, shape and dispersion of carbon black particles, The intrinsic relationship between these parameters and macro performance indicators such as mechanical properties, antistatic properties, and moisture absorption properties can be established, which will have a positive impact on the quality assurance, production technology, and new product development of plastic materials, and at the same time promote the rapid improvement of the technical level of enterprises and industries. promote. Shanghai Edison Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on product research and development. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with international standards GB/T18251-2000, GB/T2951.41-2008 and other requirements for the dispersion of pigments or carbon black in polyolefin pipes, pipe fittings and compounding materials. The detection instrument ATS-TH-1360 was generated. This instrument can effectively measure the size, shape, and dispersion of carbon black particles and particles.

ATS-TH-1360 Carbon Black Dispersion Tester combines modern electronic technology with microscopy methods. It uses a camera to capture the particle image magnified by the microscope. After the image signal enters the computer memory, the computer automatically measures the size (equivalent) of the carbon black particles. Diameter, length and diameter, area, circumference, etc.) and morphology (roundness, rectangularity, aspect ratio, etc.) are analyzed and calculated, and finally a test report is given. Compared with traditional carbon black testing equipment, it is simpler to use, the results are more accurate, and human errors are avoided.

The optical microscope first magnifies the tiny particles to be measured and images them on the photosensitive surface of the CCD camera; the camera converts the optical image into a video signal, which is then transmitted via a USB data cable and stored in the computer's processing system. The computer identifies the edges of the particles based on the received digitized microscopic image signals, and then calculates the relevant parameters of each particle according to a certain equivalent pattern. Generally speaking, an image (i.e., a field of view of an imager) contains anywhere from a few to hundreds of particles. The imager can automatically calculate the size parameters and morphological parameters of all particles in the field of view, and make statistics to form a test report. When the number of particles that have been measured is not enough, you can adjust the microscope stage, change to the next field of view, and continue testing and accumulating.

In most cases, the measured particles are not spherical. The particle size we refer to refers to the particle size of the equivalent circle. In the imager, different equivalent methods can be used according to customer needs, such as: equal area circle, equivalent short diameter, equivalent long diameter, etc. The advantage is that in addition to particle size measurement, general morphological feature analysis can be performed. Intuitive and reliable.

Features

1. Equipped with a Nikon trinocular microscope (samples not black) or metallographic microscope imported from Japan, and a 3-megapixel CMOS microscope high-definition camera (optional 5-megapixel CMOS high-definition camera).

2. Equipped with micro-ruler for convenient and efficient pixel size calibration.

3. Click on the particle image to display the morphological parameters of the particle.
