The transformer on-load tap-changer tester is a comprehensive measuring instrument used to measure and analyze the electrical performance indicators of power transformers and special transformer on-load tap-changers in power systems. It adopts computer control, and through a specially designed measurement circuit, it can measure the transition time, transition waveform, transition resistance, three-phase periodicity, and other parameters of the on-load tap changer. The user can directly measure the parameters according to needs and site conditions. The tap changer leads can be measured, or the three-phase bushings and neutral points of the transformer can be directly connected for measurement. Precautions for safe operation of transformer on-load tap changer tester
To ensure the safety of operators and instruments, the manufacturer reminds users to pay attention!
⒈ Be sure to read this manual carefully before using the instrument;
⒉ The operator of the instrument should have common sense in the use of general electrical equipment or instruments;
⒊ This instrument can work normally within the ambient temperature range of -5℃~40℃ and relative humidity ≤80%, but when used outdoors, avoid rain and direct sunlight on the LCD screen;
⒋ The power socket is equipped with a protective ground wire. Please insert the plug into the three-prong jack with ground wire.
⒌ The maximum output voltage of the instrument is 24V. During on-site testing, first connect all leads and then turn on the power of the instrument;
⒍ The power of the instrument must be turned off when changing the clamp. The instrument can be measured with a coil, but it is strictly prohibited to measure with power on;
⒎ More than two sets of lines cannot be connected together as one measurement line, and unused lines must be left open;
⒏ After the test, turn off the instrument first and then remove all wiring;
