What are the functional features of the fungal toxin analysis tester? [Hold Instrument HED-YG-ZD] is an essential analytical instrument for the current analysis of aflatoxin and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. It adopts the principle of solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent ELISA, i.e., enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and consists of two major components: an aflatoxin analyzer and a B1 test kit. This product can quickly and quantitatively detect the content of aflatoxin B1 in vegetable oils such as peanut oil, corn oil, and rice oil and their raw materials within 10 minutes.
Features :
1. High stability: imported fluorescent microspheres are used, and the particles are uniform, which ensures good product stability from the source, and good reproducibility within and between batches. The reagent strips can be stored at room temperature without refrigeration. After testing, the reagent strips can be dried and stored for one year to achieve traceability of the results. The thermostat device is used, one hole per strip, automatic timing, not affected by external temperature and humidity, and applicable to a wider range of sites.
2. Rapid and accurate quantitative detection: It combines the characteristics of rapid colloidal gold, quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and accurate chromatographic detection to achieve rapid and accurate quantitative detection;
3. Built-in quantitative standard curve: The instrument has a built-in standard curve, so there is no need to use standard products. There is no need to make a standard curve during testing, which not only saves costs, but also avoids the contact between operators and vomitoxin, thus protecting the safety of operators.
4. On-site testing: There is no requirement for the number of samples to be tested. Single or a small number of samples can be tested on-site, or a large number of samples can be tested at the same time, and on-site testing can be achieved;
5. Low supporting requirements: low requirements for supporting pre-treatment equipment and personnel, operators only need short-term training to master it;
6. High cost performance: Spend one-third of the price of imported equipment to obtain the quality and results of chromatographic testing, save manpower and material resources, and significantly reduce testing costs.
