Before measuring the system capacitance current, it is necessary to remove the arc extinguishing device and short-circuit the detuning device. For safety, safety equipment (insulating gloves, insulating boots, etc.) must be worn during measurement.
In the actual measurement of the 66kV system, the neutral point voltage is measured first. The measured voltage is 850V, which is within the normal working range of the capacitance current tester (ie 0-1000V), and the capacitance current tester is used normally.
According to the measurement results, it is necessary to add an arc extinguishing device with a larger current than the measured current to ensure system safety.
