Data Management
3-1. Overview
This software adopts tree structure management. The station name and group number can be selected in the upper list box on the left. After the group number is selected, the test date list will show the date when the selected group was tested; select the test date, and the status of each battery measured at that time will appear on the left.
Figure 3-1, Data Management Window
The data management window consists of 5 parts:
(1) In the upper left corner of the window is a list of station names and group numbers. Confirm which group of batteries you want to view.
(2) At the bottom left of the window is the "Select Test Date" list, which allows you to confirm which measurement results you want to view.
(3) The comprehensive list in the upper right corner of the window displays the overview of the entire station, the overview of the entire group, and the overview of the measurement respectively when the station, group, and test date are selected.
(4) The list in the lower right corner of the window lists the parameters of each battery measured at that time.
(5) The four buttons on the lower right side of the window can be used for corresponding purposes.
3-2. Data Deletion
Deletion is done in multiple stages.
You can delete data for one station, one group, one measurement or one battery at a time, depending on whether the station, group, date or battery is currently selected.
After pressing the delete key, a warning dialog box will appear. Check carefully whether the content is what you want to delete. After checking, click the "Yes" button to delete the selected content. If you do not want to delete, click "No" to terminate the deletion.
3-3. Data Analysis
At any time, in the data analysis window shown in Figure 3-1, double-click a single test record on the left side of the data display list with the left mouse button, or select a single test record and click the "Trend Chart" button to view the performance change trend of the selected battery.
Figure 3-2, Battery decay trend chart
(1) In the upper left part of the above data analysis window, the standard resistance value and standard voltage value currently selected and recorded are displayed.
(2) When you move the mouse on the bar graph, the cursor bar in the upper right corner of the window displays the parameters corresponding to the current cursor record.
(3) Press the "End" key to return to the data management window shown in Figure 3-1.
If you want to view the trend of a group at a certain time, you can click the "Group Trend Chart" button to view it. As shown below:
The battery standard of this group of data can be modified according to actual conditions
The results will vary depending on the battery standard.
3-4. Data Report
Station reports and group reports are available.
Select a station name with the mouse and click the "Station Report" button to view the battery status report of this station.
Select a group name with the mouse and click the "Group Report" button to view the battery status report of this group.
When you click a date, a comprehensive list displays the battery status report for the selected date.
Both reports have a print function. Click "Print this report" to enter the report preview.
Click on the report preview
button to print out the report.
The formats of station report and group report are as follows.
