The variable frequency transformer comprehensive tester uses low-consumption materials and a booster with a special winding method. The microprocessor collects, analyzes and stores data. The built-in micro printer can print test data and curves. When measuring the CT ratio, it can automatically calculate the ratio value. One person can complete all the test work. The variable frequency transformer comprehensive tester is light in weight, portable and easy to operate.
The transformer comprehensive tester is composed of a main device and an external booster, of which the external booster, volt-ampere characteristic and ratio polarity test external signal acquisition device are optional.
The main unit of the transformer comprehensive tester includes a fully automatic booster, a microcomputer control system, a 320×240 dot matrix large-screen fully Chinese LCD, a micro printer, buttons, etc. The main unit can be directly used to perform CT volt-ampere characteristic tests, inflection point calculations, 5% and 10% error curves, ratio polarity tests, secondary circuit load tests, PT volt-ampere characteristic tests, ratio polarity tests, PT actual load and PT no-load error measurements, etc.
Precautions for operation and use of frequency conversion transformer comprehensive tester:
1. In order to protect personal and equipment safety, please read the instruction manual carefully before use and operate strictly in accordance with the instructions.
2. To ensure the reliability of the instrument, please do not block the heat dissipation holes on the left and right sides of the instrument.
3. Do not let any foreign objects fall into the chassis to avoid short circuit.
4. Please ground the instrument reliably before testing. The voltage regulator switch and output switch can be connected and disconnected in the disconnected position.
5. When doing CT ratio test, please disconnect the ground wire of CT secondary winding.
6. When measuring the PT volt-ampere characteristics, please ground the zero end of the primary winding of the PT being tested.
7. If the host cannot communicate with the computer, please check whether your computer serial port is set to COM1.
8. The host can save up to 45 sets of data, and the data will not be lost after power failure.
9. After the test, the instrument should be returned to zero in time. It is strictly forbidden to stay at high voltage or high current for a long time.
