Hello everyone, the protocol followed by the keyboard and mouse with PS/2 interface that we use in our daily life is the so-called PS/2 protocol. The ZDS2022 oscilloscope provides you with the triggering and decoding of the PS/2 protocol for free. Do you know how to perform the decoding operation?
Press the [Decode] key, set the decoding type to PS/2, turn on the protocol trigger, press the protocol soft key, you can see the bus settings and trigger settings, set the clock source to channel 1, and the data source to channel 2. Since the protocol trigger was turned on before, you can make relevant settings for the trigger here. The trigger mode includes start bit and data. We set the start bit trigger. The data transmission direction can be sent to the host or to the slave. We set it to send to the host.

Return to the main interface, the PS/2 protocol has been effectively decoded, open the event table, rotate knob B to view all decoded events. In the stopped state, the ZDS2022 oscilloscope also supports the export function of the protocol decoding analysis event table!
