A multifunctional gas chromatograph is an instrument for realizing the gas chromatography process. There are many types of instruments, but in general, their basic structure is similar. They are mainly composed of a carrier gas system, an injection system, a separation system (chromatographic column), a detection system, and a data processing system.
The installation location is not critical, but the following conditions should be noted when operating certain detectors and high-sensitivity work:
⑴ Occasions of use: temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, vibration, electromagnetic interference, presence or absence of corrosive gases, ventilation, stray light, water source, dust, etc. that may affect the operation of the instrument;
(2) Whether the installation base of the instrument is stable and earthquake-resistant, and whether its area, location, and maintenance are convenient;
⑶ Whether the gas supply method, installation operation, purity, etc. can meet the requirements.
