The anti-interference dielectric loss tester is an advanced instrument for measuring dielectric loss (tgδ) and capacitor capacity (Cx). It is used to measure dielectric loss (tgδ) and capacitor capacity (Cx) of various insulating materials, insulating sleeves, power cables, capacitors, mutual inductors, transformers and other high-voltage equipment under power frequency high voltage. It eliminates the QS high-voltage bridge. It has the characteristics of simple operation, Chinese display, printing, easy use, no conversion, built-in high voltage, strong anti-interference ability, test time (fastest among similar domestic products), small size and light weight.

Working principle of anti-interference dielectric loss tester:

The instrument measurement circuit includes a standard circuit and a test circuit.

The standard circuit is composed of a built-in high-stability standard capacitor and a standard resistor network. The computer collects the current amplitude and phase difference of the standard circuit current and the test circuit in real time, and calculates the capacitance value (Cx) and dielectric loss (tgδ) of the tested product.


MS-110D anti-interference dielectric loss tester adopts variable frequency power supply technology, uses single-chip microcomputer and electronic technology to perform automatic frequency conversion, analog/digital conversion and data calculation, achieving the functions of strong anti-interference ability, fast test speed, high accuracy and easy operation.

The variable frequency power supply adopts a high-power switching power supply, outputs 45Hz and 55Hz pure sine waves, automatically increases pressure, and can provide a voltage as high as 10kV; it automatically filters out 50Hz interference and is suitable for on-site testing with large electromagnetic interference such as substations.


Main features of the anti-interference dielectric loss tester:

1. The use of frequency conversion technology can ensure accurate measurement under strong electric field interference.

2. The instrument adopts Chinese menu operation, and the microcomputer automatically completes the whole process of measurement.

3. The instrument is also suitable for measuring tgδ and capacitance of high-voltage electrical equipment in workshops, laboratories, and scientific research institutions; it is more convenient, simple, and accurate for testing the loss of insulating oil.

4. The instrument can measure the ungrounded or directly grounded high-voltage electrical equipment by positive and reverse wiring methods. At the same time, it can measure the tgδ of the capacitive voltage transformer and the capacitance of the main capacitors C1 and C2.

5. The instrument is equipped with a high-voltage step-up transformer and has adopted safety protection measures such as zero-crossing closing and lightning protection. During the test, it outputs high voltages of different levels from 0.5KV to 10kV, which is simple and safe to operate.
