RIGOL RSA5000 series real-time spectrum analyzer is a milestone product in RIGOL RF product line, and is the first full-function real-time spectrum analyzer independently developed in China. It is equipped with RIGOL's proprietary UltraReal technology and comes standard with GPSA and RTSA dual modes.

GPSA mode is a frequency sweeping working mode that realizes the general spectrum analyzer function. Compared with RIGOL's previous DSA800/E and DSA700 series products, its key performance has been significantly improved.

First, the single-sideband phase noise is reduced to -108dBc/Hz@10KHz offset (typical value), improving the adjacent small signal and phase noise test capabilities; second, the displayed average noise level DANL is reduced to -165dBm (typical value), truly meeting the small signal receiving sensitivity test requirements; then, the RBW bandwidth range is extended to 1Hz~10MHz, meeting the requirements of small signal analysis and broadband modulation time domain analysis; finally, the minimum scan time is 1ms, the effective measurement speed is the fastest 50 times/s, and the measurement efficiency is increased by 2 times.
