    Beam load cells are widely used in hand scales, platform scales and other weighing instruments. How to measure the quality of beam load cells?
  First, measure the resistance value of the sensor input and output. If there is a certificate of conformity for this sensor, compare it with the resistance indicated in the certificate. If the measured value exceeds the standard range, it means that there is a problem with this sensor. There are two commonly used sensor resistance values:
  one is low resistance, the input end is: 400Ω±20Ω, the output end is: 350Ω±5Ω;
  the other is high resistance, the input end is: 800Ω±20Ω, the output end is: 700Ω±5Ω;
  in addition, you can also measure the output signal of the sensor, use the MV voltage range of the digital multimeter, add 10VDC to the input end of the sensor, and then measure the output voltage of the sensor. This voltage value = 10VX sensor sensitivityX sensor force value/sensor range value; if the measured value is different from the calculated value, it means that this sensor is damaged.
