   1. Differences in instrument structure

The structure of gas detector is relatively simple, including only the probe (sensor) and the sensor signal conversion circuit. The gas analyzer is not only equipped with a probe (sensor) but also has a complete set of gas circuit system, that is, the complete set of gas circuit system that introduces the sample gas into the instrument and then leads it out of the instrument for venting or recycling.

   2. Different detection methods

Gas detection alarm uses a probe to be directly exposed to the air being tested or the sample gas environment for detection. The gas analyzer, on the other hand, introduces the gas being tested (sample gas) into the instrument through a special method for measurement, and then leads it out of the instrument to be vented. http://sense-cn.com

   3. Different control methods for measurement conditions

The gas detection alarm does not have an adjustment and control section for the sample gas process technical conditions. At the same time, it does not consider the environmental conditions of the sample gas at all and directly performs detection.

The complete set of gas circuit systems and external supporting equipment inside the gas analyzer constitute a relatively complete chemical process flow. The working conditions of the sample gas are adjusted and controlled in all directions inside the gas analyzer to achieve the purpose of normal and stable operation of the sensor. This is the guarantee for the gas analyzer to obtain accurate measurement data.

   4. The operation methods to complete the whole measurement process are different

When using the gas detection alarm, you only need to place the instrument in the measured atmosphere, and the instrument will display the value. However, the gas analyzer must carefully introduce the sample gas into the instrument, and then strictly adjust the process technical conditions, such as temperature, pressure, flow, etc. Only when the operator adjusts the instrument until a stable chemical process is achieved can accurate measurement data be obtained. The data obtained before this is incorrect and must be discarded.

   5. Different ways of considering eliminating interference factors during the detection process

The gas detection alarm directly places the sensor in the ambient atmosphere for measurement. The instrument structure design and the actual use and detection process do not consider whether there are factors that interfere with the measurement in the ambient atmosphere, and it does not have the design ability to eliminate various interference factors. When designing, selecting and using gas analyzers for detection, various internal and external factors that affect the measurement must be fully considered, and they must be carefully eliminated one by one. Only in this way can the accuracy and authenticity of the test data be ensured. Otherwise, improperly ignoring a certain influencing factor is not allowed and unacceptable for detection.

   6. The accuracy of the data varies

Gas detectors can only provide qualitative analysis results and relatively rough quantitative analysis data. The data displayed by this instrument cannot withstand scrutiny and cannot be used for error analysis (because "error" can only be discussed when the analysis data deviates from the true value by a small amount). Therefore, it cannot be used as accurate analysis data to determine (determine) important process improvement and adjustment measures. The gas analyzer is a strict measuring instrument that can provide very accurate data when conducting quantitative analysis. This data can be used as a basis for improving and improving gas production and safe production, and can be used to guide and conduct production management, quality management and enterprise management. Even this data can be used as an important basis for judicial criminal investigation work, and it can be used to sue and determine the boundaries of right and wrong.
