Magnetic flap level gauge is a commonly used liquid level measuring instrument in industrial production. Because the conditions in the tank area vary greatly, and the sizes and volumes of various storage tanks are unified, the basic instrument products are tailored according to customer requirements. Therefore, some unconventional product sizes often appear. When users install, customers often respond that the magnetic flap is too long to be installed normally or cannot be properly installed, resulting in an abnormal measurement state of the magnetic flap, which shortens the service life of the instrument. In order to solve this problem that has long puzzled users, as an instrument company that specializes in manufacturing and providing professional services, Runzhong Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. has the responsibility to solve this problem for the majority of users. Today, we recommend the most original, simplest and most effective installation method of the magnetic flap level gauge for the majority of users.
For level gauges that exceed a certain length, the most important thing to note is to add a flange or ear in the middle to fix the support during installation to increase strength and overcome its own weight, so that the instrument is in a stable state.
Installation points of magnetic flap level gauge:
1. When installing the magnetic flap level gauge at the beginning, you should pay attention to avoid choosing an outlet or inlet far away from the material to prevent the material fluid from affecting the measurement result of the level gauge due to drastic changes in its own local area;
2. When equipped with remote transmission supporting instruments, you need to pay attention to the following points:
1) The zero point of the remote transmission supporting instrument should be on the same horizontal line as the zero point indication of the level gauge;
2) The connection between the remote transmission supporting instrument and the display instrument or industrial computer is best laid in a separate protective tube or with a shielded two-core cable;
3) The remote transmission supporting instrument should be close to the main conduit of the level gauge and fixed with a stainless steel hoop (iron hoop is prohibited);
4) The sensing surface of the remote transmission supporting instrument should face and be close to the main conduit;
5) After the wiring hole of the junction box is laid, it is required to be well sealed to prevent rainwater, moisture, etc. from invading and causing the remote transmission supporting instrument to fail to work normally. After the inspection and debugging are completed, the junction box should be covered and covered in time.
The above summary cannot provide a comprehensive summary of complex installation conditions. Specific installations may also produce unexpected problems, which requires installers to be good at using their brains to find the most appropriate installation method.
