The vacuum jacketed magnetic flap level gauge is a liquid level measuring instrument that is very suitable for working in low temperature conditions. In order to effectively prevent the measured medium from freezing at low temperatures and causing it to be unable to be measured, it is necessary to maintain the measured medium in a fluid and measurable liquid state through exogenous heating measures.

Therefore, in response to this situation, Runzhong Instrument Technology has developed a magnetic flap level gauge that can effectively solve this problem, namely, a series of magnetic flap level gauges for low temperature environments such as vacuum jacketed magnetic flap level gauges and steam jacketed magnetic flap level gauges. It is a product developed and produced based on the digestion and improvement of similar products at home and abroad and in accordance with the magnetic level gauge standard HG/T21584-95 promulgated by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry. The magnetic flap level gauge consists of a body, a flap box (composed of red and white two-color magnetic small flaps), a float, a flange cover, etc., and is used for liquid level measurement of various liquid containers. It can be used in high temperature, explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, food and beverage and other occasions, for on-site display or remote display and control of liquid levels. The instrument can be used for medium level detection of various towers, tanks, tanks, spherical containers and boilers.

The vacuum jacketed magnetic flap level gauge is a heating system, also known as an electric heating magnetic flap level gauge. It is suitable for: outdoor tanks will freeze part of the liquid in the tank due to the drop in temperature in winter, causing the liquid to be unable to flow. Therefore, we need to insulate the pipes of the magnetic flap level gauge. Generally, we often use two methods. The

first method is vacuum jacket insulation;

the insulation principle of the vacuum jacket is the same as the insulation principle of our home thermos. The main pipeline is vacuumed outside to eliminate heat transfer and convection, so it can play a certain insulation role when the outdoor night temperature drops. The purpose of insulation is to prevent the temperature in the tank from being too low, so that the detected liquid freezes.

The second method is electric heating-electric heating insulation;

electric heating-electric heating is to heat the pipeline by winding the resistance wire on the main pipeline of the magnetic flap level gauge to make the liquid in the pipeline above the freezing point, so as to ensure that the liquid in the tank will not freeze due to the low temperature.

In order to ensure the vacuum state of the vacuum jacket, we need to regularly test the vacuum state of the vacuum jacket. When the vacuum value of the vacuum jacket magnetic flap level gauge rises after a period of use, it means that the vacuum jacket needs to be re-extracted. At this time, we install a vacuum pump at the vacuum jacket valve and use the vacuum pump to evacuate the vacuum jacket to ensure the sealing of the vacuum jacket. Ensure that the liquid being tested will not freeze due to low temperature. Thereby ensuring the accuracy of liquid level monitoring.

Regarding the daily leakage of the magnetic flap level gauge flange and the maintenance method of leakage, there are the following solution steps:

1. First of all, we must regularly check the compression condition of the flange seal after the purchase of the magnetic flap level gauge to maintain the necessary effective compression force to ensure the sealing of the flange.
2. The following are the common inspection methods we need:
1) Tap the gasket or nut with a test hammer to see if the bolt is loose.
2) For high temperature and operation fluctuations, regularly tighten the bolts.
3) Install disc springs in places where bolts are prone to loosening, which has a better effect.
3. For the key parts of the magnetic flap level gauge flange, the following inspections should be added:
1) Measure the flange gap to see if the gap size is consistent.
2) For bolts used in high-temperature parts, the elongation of the bolts should be sampled to calculate the value of the effective clamping pressure.
