With the continuous development of China's economy, the large-scale and universal industrial production has also brought about environmental damage and pollution, and it has been gradually deteriorating in recent years. Everyone living in it is worried about the dangerous situation facing the environment. As the voice of the people is getting louder and louder, the government has also begun to pay attention to the protection and construction of the environment. This has led to the vigorous development of sanitation vehicles. In particular, the development momentum of multifunctional and efficient sewage suction trucks is even more rapid.
The sewage suction truck is a new type of sanitation vehicle that collects, transfers, cleans and transports sludge and sewage to avoid secondary pollution. The magnetic flap level gauge is an indispensable and important unit of the sewage suction truck. During the operation of the sewage suction truck, the height of the liquid level in the sewage tank is usually observed by the magnetic flap level gauge, but the magnetic flap level gauge structure commonly used in the system of the sewage suction truck has problems. The magnetic flap level gauge structure commonly used in the sewage suction truck consists of a sewage tank magnetic flap level gauge support, a straight-through ball valve, an internal joint, a plexiglass tube, a rubber straight-through, an elbow, and a worm gear clamp.
During the operation of the sewage suction truck, due to the continuous operation of the vacuum pump, a vacuum is formed in the sewage tank body, forming a pressure difference with the external atmospheric pressure, and the sewage and sludge are continuously sucked into the sewage tank through the sewage suction pipe. According to the principle of the communicating vessel, the height of the liquid level in the sewage tank will be displayed by the transparent organic glass tube magnetic flap level gauge. However, since the sewage sludge is inevitably mixed with larger-shaped dirt, such as stones, mud blocks, tiles and other hard objects, it may block the sewage tank magnetic flap level gauge pipeline, causing the magnetic flap level gauge to display distortion; when the liquid level in the sewage tank is higher than the design height, part of the sewage can be easily sucked into the vacuum pump through the vacuum pipeline, and the tiny particles in the sewage will cause the parts in the pump to wear or jam the impeller.
Therefore, the magnetic flap level gauge pipeline must be dredged. When dredging, special tools need to be used to disassemble the rubber straight-through, elbow, worm gear clamp and other connectors. After dredging, the connection needs to be re-sealed, which brings inconvenience to maintenance and also affects the service life.
