After powering on, the interface displayed by the transformer ratio tester is as shown in Figure 7.
In the figure, the upper right corner shows the date and time; the lower right corner shows the system menu; the upper left corner shows the set parameters (the default parameters are called in when the computer is turned on).
1. Transformer ratio tester "test settings" menu
The winding number cannot be set, and is automatically generated by the Z-type ratio testerin sequence. One number represents one winding, and one number can have many groups of test data (different tap positions). Corresponding tap: Enter the corresponding tap number when the nameplate standard high and low voltages.
Voltage ratio: Enter the nameplate standard high and low voltages (voltage when there is no step-up and step-down).
Each gear ratio: Enter the percentage of each gear of the tap switch step-up and step-down, and there are 1.25%, 2.5%, 3.0%, 5.0%, 7.5%, 10.0% and so on to choose from.
Winding type: There are four types to choose from, including three-phase (ordinary and rectifier transformers), single-phase, Scott (or balanced transformer), and reverse Scott.
Winding type: Y, D, Z, I and so on are available on the high-voltage side; y, d, z, i and so on are available on the low-voltage side. These symbols do not affect the test, but are only convenient for display and printing. Note:
1) The winding type determines whether the voltage output by the instrument is single-phase, two-phase or three-phase, and the input error must not be incorrect;
2) The corresponding tap and each gear ratio must be entered correctly, otherwise the instrument cannot correctly determine the tap position and correctly calculate the standard transformation ratio of each tap position;
3) The voltage transformation ratio must be entered correctly, otherwise it will affect the error calculation;
4) When the tap input of each gear is 0, the instrument does not automatically determine the tap position, and always uses the input high and low voltage ratio as the standard transformation ratio.
(II) Transformer ratio tester "Time setting" menu
When "Time Setting" is highlighted, press the mouse to enter the time setting function. There are three lines of numbers and characters in the upper right corner. The first line is the date (year, month, day), the second line is the time (hour, minute, second), and the third line is "yes" (confirm modification) and "no" (do not modify). When you rotate the mouse, the cursor moves; when you press and hold the mouse while rotating it, the value at the cursor position changes.
(III) Transformer ratio tester "Start test" menu
On the premise of ensuring that the wiring is correct and the parameters are entered correctly, select "Start Test" and confirm to enter the test interface as shown in Figure 9.
The meaning of the characters in the data display area are as follows:UH (mV): voltage on the high voltage side, in mV.
Ab: line voltage of AB in three-phase; voltage of αN in reverse Scott; voltage in single-phase.
Bc: line voltage of Bc in three-phase; voltage of βN in reverse Scott.
Ca: line voltage of Ca in three-phase;
Phase: phase value on the high voltage side.
UL (mV): voltage on the low voltage side, in mV.
Ab: line voltage of ab in three-phase; voltage of αn in Scott; voltage in single-phase.
Bc: line voltage of bc in three-phase; voltage of βn in Scott.
Ca: line voltage of ca in three-phase;
Phase: phase value on the low voltage side. Note: All phase angle values are relative to the line voltage difference of AB on the high voltage side.
Pha-LH: phase angle difference of phase 5 on the low voltage side of each phase to the same phase high voltage side in single-phase and three-phase; in Scott, the first is the angle of α (0), and the second is the angle of β relative to α. In reverse Scott, the first is the angle of ab (0), and the second and third are the angles of bc and ca relative to ab.
Ratio: The actual measured transformation ratio. In three-phase, it corresponds to the transformation ratio of AB, BC, and CA; in Scott (reverse Scott), it corresponds to the transformation ratio of αN and βN;
Error: Error (%), the corresponding relationship is the same as above.
Tap ratio: When the "corresponding tap" is 0, it is equal to the ratio of high and low voltages; when it is not equal to 0, it is the standard voltage ratio of the calculated tap position.
Tap position: When the "corresponding tap" is 0, it is equal to the input tap position value; when it is not equal to 0, it is the calculated tap position value. Figure 10 is the display interface after the test is completed.
Note: Change the tap switch position first, then press the mouse.
"Print": Print the test results. In order to improve the test efficiency, you can save first, and then use the "File Management" function introduced later to print a whole group of winding data.
"Exit": Exit the test, complete the test work of a winding, and the winding number will automatically increase by one.
If the instrument determines that the output line is short-circuited or the high and low voltages are connected in reverse, it will stop boosting and display the interface shown in Figure 11. Note: The protection capability of the Z-type ratio tester has a certain limit, please ensure that the wiring is correct.
(IV) Transformer ratio tester "File management" menu
After selecting the "File Management" menu and confirming, enter the file management function. The "Open" menu is used to open the saved data records; the "Format" menu is used to delete all data in the memory.
Figure 12 is the formatted operation menu. The maximum storage capacity of the instrument is 2048 (the number of data records, not the number of winding numbers. A winding may have many data records); the excess will not be saved.
Figure 13 is the actual interface for opening a file. In Figure 13, the first line shows the winding number; the second line shows the test time of the data record; the third line (26/87) indicates that the total number of stored data is 87, and the 26th one is currently opened.
The fourth line is the operation menu. "Forward" is to search for data in the direction of decreasing record number; "Backward" is to search for data in the direction of increasing record number; "Print" is to print the opened data record; "Print a group" is to print all data records with the same winding number (data of all tap positions of a winding). Below the menu is the detailed content of the data record.
