DCBX -H transformer winding deformation tester can accurately judge the internal fault of transformer based on the measurement of the internal winding characteristic parameters of transformer and the internal fault frequency response analysis (FRA) method currently being developed and improved by developed countries in the world.
After the transformer is designed and manufactured, its coil and internal structure are determined. Therefore, for a transformer coil with multiple windings, if the voltage level and winding method are the same, the corresponding parameters (Ci, Li) of each coil should be determined. Therefore, the frequency domain characteristic response of each coil is also determined, and the frequency spectrum between the corresponding three-phase coils has a certain comparability. If
the transformer has inter-turn or inter-phase short circuits during the test, or collides during transportation, causing relative displacement of the coil, and the coil deformation caused by electromagnetic tension under short circuit and fault conditions during operation, the distributed parameters of the transformer winding will change. Then it affects and changes the original frequency domain characteristics of the transformer, that is, the frequency response changes in amplitude and the resonant frequency shifts. The transformer winding tester developed according to the response analysis method is such a novel non-destructive detection equipment for transformer internal faults. It is suitable for internal structural fault detection of 63kV~500kV power transformers.
The transformer winding deformation tester is to quantify the response changes of the transformer internal winding parameters in different frequency domains, and determine the degree of change of the transformer internal winding according to the size of the change value, the amplitude of the frequency response change, the area and the trend of the frequency response change. Then, it can be judged whether the transformer has been seriously damaged and whether it needs to be overhauled according to the measurement results.
For the transformer in operation, regardless of whether the frequency domain characteristic diagram has been saved in the past, the degree of fault can also be judged by comparing the difference in the characteristic spectrum between the coils of the faulty transformer. Of course, if a set of original transformer winding characteristic diagrams is saved, it is easier to provide a more accurate and powerful basis for the operation status, post-accident analysis and maintenance of the transformer. The
transformer winding deformation tester is composed of a laptop computer and a single chip microcomputer to form a high-precision measurement system. It has a compact structure, simple operation, and relatively complete test and analysis functions. It can be operated and used by itself according to the instruction manual or after a short training.
