The question asked by the OP is a bit weird.
The level requirement for DCDC circuit driving should be determined by looking at the datasheet of the chip or circuit components you are using to see what the required level is.
The commonly used logic level standards for high and low levels are TTL, CMOS, LVTTL, LVCMOS, ECL, PECL, LVPECL, RS232, RS485 , etc. There are also some higher speed LVDS, GTL, PGTL, CML, HSTL, SSTL, etc.
MOS is MOS. Find the one that meets the requirements according to your circuit. It depends on your specific circuit.
