Why does the V-cone flowmeter display no flow when there is flow in the pipe?

The reasons for V-cone flowmeter are as follows:

1. The sealing is not good and there is a gas leakage source; Solution: Find the gas leakage source, and the related places are: whether the pressure pipe valve is open, whether the pressure pipe valve screws are not tight, whether there are gaskets in the screws at both ends of the pressure pipe valve (Note: raw tape cannot solve the gas sealing problem!), whether the drain plug screws are tightened, whether the differential pressure element flange fixing screws are loose, and whether there are gaskets at both ends of the V-cone throttling pipe.

2. The fluid flow rate in the pipeline is too low, exceeding the lower limit of the flow meter measurement; Judgment method: The differential pressure measurement value is less than 0.04kpa; Solution: Replace the flow meter throttling pipe to increase the fluid flow rate in the pipeline.

3. The differential pressure zero point has a negative offset; Solution: Perform a zeroing operation on the differential pressure zero point.

4. The small signal cutoff value is set too large; Solution: Enter menu unit 35 and set the unit value lower.

5. The internal parameters of the flow meter are set to the given value display settings; Solution: Enter the menu 20/21/22/23 unit and set the value of the unit to 0 respectively.

6. The temperature and pressure measurements are abnormal and deviate too much from the normal values, resulting in flow calculation errors; Solution: calibrate the temperature and pressure.
